Other Objections
The Answer Was Good. The Call Still Didn’t Book.
Consistent, compliant, repeatable
A call doesn’t fit neatly into price, timing, location, or fear, it’s an autoimmune question, general confusion about the procedure, or an open-ended “what’s best for me.” This is the catch-all category, and the content of the question varies more than any other objection type. The fix doesn’t vary, though: every one of these calls still needs a direct ask for the appointment at the end, not a well-answered question that trails off. This guide gives you the sample script for making that ask cleanly regardless of what came before it. A good answer without an ask is a wasted call.
Why This Objection Happens
Most calls in this category are answered accurately and still don’t convert, because the call ends without anyone ever asking for the booking. This is the single most common gap in phone intake, industry-wide: staff being genuinely helpful, then letting the call trail off instead of closing it.
Sample Script
Caller: “I just want whatever’s most effective, I’m not sure what I need.”
Staff: “They’re all effective, it really depends on what’s going on with your hair specifically, and that’s exactly what the consultation figures out. Can I get you on the schedule this week so [Doctor Name] can tell you which approach fits you?”
Add one sentence to the end of every call in this category, no matter how thorough the answer already was: “Can I get you scheduled for a free consultation?” A fully answered question is not the same as a booked appointment.
