When do the credits actually post?
The first $1,000 for both of you posts once the referred practice signs and their first invoice is paid. The second $1,000 posts automatically at their six-month mark, as long as they’re still an active client.
Is there a limit on how many practices I can refer?
No cap. Refer as many practices as you genuinely think are a fit — each one that signs is worth $2,000 in credit to you.
Does my friend have to be a brand-new client?
Yes. Refer & Earn applies to practices that aren’t already working with us. If they’ve had a conversation with our team before, check with your account team first.
Is this cash or account credit?
Account credit, applied directly to your invoice. It’s not a check or a wire — it reduces what you owe.
What if the practice I refer doesn’t sign right away?
No expiration on our end. If they sign three months from now, or six, the same $2,000-per-side offer still applies.
